Car Boot Shoppers Information
Access
Shoppers access via the Staff Car Park entrance on Harthill Road from 9am until 12:30pm. Please note, that the Car Boot entrance is further down Harthill Road than the main school entrance, past Quarry Hall and Quarry Gym towards Calderstones Road.
Entrance Fee
The entrance fee for buyers is £1 per person. Children under 12 years of age enter free. Dogs on leads are welcome.
Parking
Free parking is available in our Staff Car Park, and on Harthill Road.
- There is limited free parking on Harthill Road, although we wouldn’t recommend parking here until the sellers queues are cleared.
- Please try to come via public transport if you can.

- This is a completely open-air event, and there is no covered area to shelter from the elements available on site.
- Food and beverages are available.
- No Smoking or Vaping.
- This is a dog-friendly event (on leads at all times).
- Indoor toilets are located by the main car boot area in the Morrison Wing building.
- We do not accept £50 notes.
- Buyer beware: if purchasing from a seller with an arrangement for them to deliver after the sale, it is advisable to obtain written evidence of the transaction and to take contact and vehicle registration details.
- Security: Please keep your valuables and mobile phones on your person at all times.
