Booking onto Parental Events via Edulink

1. Log into EdulinkOne either via the App on your phone/tablet or by visiting www.edulinkone.com 

2. Type in the school ID (calderstones or L18 3HS will both work fine)

3. Your username will normally consist of a slightly strange looking username that begins with p_ and then a shortened version of your name. If you are unsure of your details, then press the 'Reset Login' and type in the email address you have previously supplied the school:

4. Once you have signed in on Edulink, tap/click the Parents Evening 'bubble' and find the applicable parents evening listed. 

You will then be presented with a grid with each subject in columns with applicable time slots for that parents' evening/event:

5. Choosing the slot you wish is as simple as clicking/tapping on the desired time slot:

6. If you tap/click on an appointment, you can 'unbook' a slot:
