HARTHILL SCHOOLS ASSOCIATION


As we intend to hold a major anniversary dinner every 5 years we propose that membership of HSA will be on a 5-yearly basis. The association would be responsible for:

• Organising the reunion dinners – the next one will be in 2012.

• Helping individual year groups to visit the school and hold any reunion functions they wish in between the major dinners.

• Passing on letters/messages to contemporaries who on our mailing list. Upon joining HSA if you would like to contact any ex-pupils please send your letter(s) in an envelope with a stamp on, we shall address it. Please state clearly their names and dates of attendance.

• Providing a twice yearly Newsletter with items of interest to former pupils. The newsletters are published in May and November/December.

• Members of HSA will receive priority when booking for the 90th Anniversary Dinner.

To join HSA please complete and return the membership form together with a cheque made payable to ‘Harthill Schools’ Association’ (membership fees will only be used for the business of HSA – not for any other school purpose).
